1. How does the toy rental subscription work?
Our subscription allows you to rent a variety of educational and premium toys for your children. You choose a plan, select the toys your child loves, and we deliver them to your doorstep. After the rental period, we pick them up and you can swap them for new ones!
2. What are the different subscription plans available?
We offer several plans including Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each plan varies by the number of toys you can have at once and the frequency of exchanges. You can view all details on our Subscription Plans page.
3. How do you ensure the hygiene and safety of the toys?
Safety is our top priority. Every toy undergoes a rigorous 3-step cleaning and sanitization process using child-safe, non-toxic disinfectants before being packed for the next delivery.
4. What happens if a toy gets damaged or a piece is lost?
We understand that kids will be kids! Normal wear and tear is expected. However, for significant damage or lost essential parts, a nominal fee may be charged based on the extent of the damage. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details.
5. Can I buy a toy if my child really loves it?
Yes! If your child forms a special bond with a particular toy, you can contact us to purchase it at a discounted “pre-loved” price.
6. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Please note that cancellations usually take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
